My name is Arcturus, and I’m the creator of Vital Energy Cultivation Arts™ (V.E.C.A.).
This system was born from a lifetime of exploring and practicing advanced energy flow techniques.
A Journey That Began in My Teens
As a teenager, I began experiencing unusual phenomena that changed the course of my life. These experiences led me to discover Astral Projection — the ability to consciously leave the physical body. It became a central focus of my exploration and later the subject of several books I’ve written.
Through these phenomena, my fascination with the metaphysical deepened. I became determined to seek out the hidden truths of existence and the meaning of life.
With the onset of the Age of Aquarius in the 1960s, much of this knowledge began to surface, accelerated by the internet. While this democratized access, it also fragmented the teachings, making it easy to get lost in an overwhelming ocean of information.
Fortunately, the esoteric society I joined was one of the last authentic lineages of its kind. Its knowledge had been brought to Mexico by European esotericists — Europe being a powerful hub of mystical wisdom for centuries. I had the rare privilege of studying there before the school eventually closed its doors.

Within this school, I mastered Astral Projection but also something even more profound:

Years of Practice and Global Study
My path led me to spiritual centers around the world, where I trained with masters and practiced these techniques for years. Over time, I began to feel and even see energy, especially during practice. My vitality increased; my magnetism amplified; my appearance became more youthful.
I believe these practices are extending my physical life — a revelation I feel called to share with others.
This journey culminated in the creation of Vital Energy Cultivation Arts™ (V.E.C.A.), a living synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern methods.
My life’s purpose is to transmit this transcendental knowledge to the world — to help others cultivate vitality, awaken hidden faculties, and reconnect with the deeper potential of human life.
